I have really enjoyed my time while I was training, even though complaining it was sometimes hard and I couldn't do it. It was during times like this that Karen, my main trainer used to say "of course you can, look girlfriend, you're doing it right now" or she would ask where are you stuck, and then go through it with us. Vivian would always ask how we were going and that she was available to help if we needed it at any time. The wonderful Letti at reception will always ask after you and help if needed.
